Suns set,
Trapping life nets
Voices sink
Horizon dips
Fell voices sing
As the mountain echoes
Shadows no longer breathe
The road weaves and weaves
Only the wind blows
Leaves fall of life trees
Day darkens
The river is full of murkiness
In the midst of it all,
Only a smile reminds me
Only a dance keeps me awake
Only a cry floats me
Only hope carries me
Ferries me from sadness
And as the gong goes
Sea shore thins to embers
Cloud capped mountains now only remember,
A song
